We work closely with managers to identify the right platform business to enter a market. GTCR then provides the necessary capital to complete the acquisition.

Our investment can also start by backing the incumbent management to acquire their existing business. We then allocate additional capital to support ongoing growth initiatives. In either approach, GTCR provides management partners with the strategic and financial flexibility to realize their vision.

We help our management partners with acquisition structuring, financing and execution, as well as evaluating liquidity options and other strategic issues.
