Mitch has worked in travel, technology and business services for over twenty-five years, spanning pre-revenue start-ups through large scale, multinational turnarounds. He began his career at American Express, where he developed a foundation in brand, customer experience and marketing, and GE, where he developed financial discipline, analytics and speed and execution skills.
Most recently, Mitch was global president of Travelex Insurance Services and chief operating officer of Travel Guard, a Chartis company. He led the turnaround of Galileo’s Americas division as its president and was chief marketing officer of Galileo International. As chief integration officer, he led the divestiture of Cendant’s travel distribution division to create Travelport, consisting of twenty leading travel brands. Prior to Galileo, Mitch led business services for Staples.com.
Mitch has an MBA from Columbia Graduate School of Business and a BA from Middlebury College.
