Phil Spencer joined Rural Broadband Investments as CEO in October 2012. He previously served as CEO of Windjammer Communications, a collection of rural cable systems previously owned by Time Warner Cable. From 2001—2008 he served in leadership positions, including ultimately CEO, at Everest Connections, a Kansas City cable system.
