Sean Cunningham joined GTCR in 2001 and became a vice president in 2005. He was previously a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group and has worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at J.P. Morgan. Mr. Cunningham holds AB and BE degrees in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Cunningham is currently a director of Devicor Medical Products and Fairmount Food Group. He also works extensively with Graceway Pharmaceuticals and was instrumental in GTCR’s successful investment in Ovation Pharmaceuticals.
