Greg Steil is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of ATI Physical Therapy. He established the practice n 1996, focusing on functional capacity evaluations and work conditioning/hardening for workers’ compensation patients. By 1998, Greg became the number one provider in the nation for providing functional key assessments. Greg has 14 years of experience within the industry, beginning with the founding of the Company and has worked in all facets of the business during that time.

Greg grew ATI from one clinic in 1996 to 82 clinics in 2009, and currently employs over 1300 employees today. He enjoys continuing to build a Company that allows people to grow and develop. Additionally, he continues to focus on developing a team that leads to ATI’s continued success and growth thru acquisitions and new clinic openings.
