David joined GTCR in 2006 and is currently a Managing Director of the firm. Prior to joining GTCR, David served as a Managing Director of Frontenac Company, where he worked for 12 years. He also previously served as an Associate of the Clipper Group, as well as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. David holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a BA in political science cum laude from Yale University.

David is co-head of the healthcare group at GTCR and serves as director of Capella Healthcare, Correctional Healthcare Companies, Curo Health Services and Universal American Corporation. David was previously a Director of past GTCR investments APS Healthcare and ATI Physical Therapy, Inc.

David also invests in the community by actively volunteering at the Latin School of Chicago.
