Karen joined GTCR in 2012. Prior to joining GTCR, Karen was Principal, Human Resources at Ares Management and Senior Director Wrightwood Capital. She’s previously held senior Human Resources and Administration positions in financial services, healthcare, marketing and manufacturing organizations. Karen holds an MBA in Leadership and Change Management from North Central College and completed her BS at the University of Illinois.
